Structural Innovation and Easy Installation Technologies in Power Socket Design
Tumblr media
As smart homes, office automation, and industrial digitalization rapidly advance, the demand for user-friendly, efficient, and safe power sockets continues to grow. Traditional socket designs are no longer sufficient for fast-paced environments that require high reliability, ease of installation, and space optimization. This has driven innovation in both internal structure and external mounting mechanisms of modern power sockets.
This article explores key advancements in structural design and installation technologies of power sockets, focusing on terminal innovations, mounting bracket designs, and strategies to increase module density without increasing volume. We will also discuss real-world examples and applicable technologies for B2B manufacturers and system integrators.
1. Integrated vs. Modular Terminal Design: Which is More Efficient?
The terminal structure of a power socket directly determines wiring efficiency and stability. The two mainstream types are:
A. Integrated Terminal Block (One-Piece)
All terminals are integrated into a single housing.
Benefits: Shorter installation time. Reduced loose contacts. Lower resistance due to shorter conductive paths.
Limitations: Less flexible for modular replacement. May increase overall production complexity.
B. Modular Terminal Block (Multi-Part)
Each terminal is separately assembled or replaceable.
Benefits: Ideal for custom configurations. Easier to repair and replace.
Limitations: Longer assembly time. Risk of performance inconsistency.
2. Push-in Spring Connection Technology: Fast, Safe, Tool-Free Wiring
Compared to screw terminals, push-in spring terminals provide:
Quick installation: Simply push the stripped wire into the terminal.
Strong contact: Stainless steel or beryllium copper springs maintain pressure for years.
No need for torque tools: Reduces operator training and tool investment.
🔧 Case Example: A European power socket brand uses a push-in spring design that allows a full 5-gang module to be wired in under 30 seconds — 60% faster than screw terminals.
3. Quick-Mount Bracket Designs: Screw-Free, Time-Saving, and Reliable
In large-scale installations (e.g., hotels, office buildings), fast mounting systems dramatically reduce labor costs and error rates.
Key Innovations:
A. Snap-In Mounting Frame
Socket modules are inserted directly into wall plates with audible clicks.
Uses elastic clips or sliding locks for firm placement.
Ideal for drywall and modular building systems.
B. Screwless Embedded Mounting
Eliminates screw holes by using slide-in rail structures.
Allows easy front-facing maintenance or upgrades.
Common in premium wall systems and panel furniture.
C. Magnetic or Cam-Lock Fastening
Applies in high-end modular offices.
Enables tool-free repositioning.
🔧 Case Example: A Chinese manufacturer developed a double-locking quick-install bracket that passed 500N pull force tests, suitable for vibration-prone environments like rail stations.
4. Increasing Module Density Without Expanding Volume
Modern installations demand multi-functionality in limited space. Techniques include:
A. Vertical Layering of Internal PCB
Using 3D layout: control, relay, and detection circuits are stacked.
Reduces horizontal footprint while maintaining thermal separation.
B. Multi-Function Integration
Combining USB chargers, smart sensors, and energy monitors in one unit.
Example: A 55x55mm wall socket includes 2 USB-A ports, 1 USB-C PD port, and Wi-Fi controller.
C. High-Density Terminal Design
Dual-row spring contacts with insulation barriers allow up to 10 terminals in standard footprint.
Ensures safety spacing while maintaining compact size.
5. Material Innovation: Making Structural Compactness Possible
A. High-Performance Plastics:
Use of PA66, PC+ABS, and flame-retardant PBT with thin-wall molding tech.
Improves space efficiency without sacrificing insulation performance.
B. Conductive Material Optimization:
Use of laminated copper busbars.
Electroplated or stamped silver contact surfaces to reduce thickness.
6. Installation Aids and Engineering Enhancements
A. Color-coded Wiring Guides:
Reduces wiring errors during bulk installations.
Accelerates compliance with local electrical codes.
B. Pre-assembled Harnesses:
For standard socket layouts, pre-assembled wire bundles reduce on-site labor.
C. Tool-Assisted Plug-In Systems:
Modular rail sockets with plug-in interfaces (e.g., DIN-rail smart outlets) improve interchangeability.
7. Structural Testing and Validation
Tumblr media
8. Conclusion: Towards Smarter, Faster, and Denser Power Socket Design
Power socket structure and installation are no longer just mechanical tasks—they are core parts of user experience, energy efficiency, and engineering cost control. Through structural innovation like push-in terminals, quick-install brackets, and functional integration in compact modules, manufacturers can deliver plug-and-play, space-saving, and intelligent power socket solutions.
Whether you're a B2B buyer, an engineering contractor, or a systems integrator, adopting these next-generation socket designs will result in lower maintenance costs, faster deployment, and greater end-user satisfaction.

Papua New Guinea
Finally back on the road or should I say cruising again. This time to New Guinea with P & O for possibly the last time as they end a long relationship in Australian waters. Let’s hope whoever takes over the Pacific cruising routes stay much the same in standard, price and service.
Caught the local shuttle to terminal arriving nearly two hours early but no problem getting aboard so all was good. Dined upstairs in the pantry and enjoyed a very cold beer. The weather is great so did a walk around where the main pool was being repainted and the water slide, not in operation. Much of the same except an increase in drink prices. Hahaa
Dined in Waterfront where it was packed on first night. Was the State of Origin game so straight after off to the big screen where Rhondda’s beloved team smashed the Blues. A few more drinks and off to bed.
Thursday morning up early to do my walk which is very hard in slippers. I forgot to pack my walking shoes. Finally after breakfast we set up camp on the 14th deck where we sat and read in between watching dolphin pods swim past. They are truly magnificent creatures as they glide through the water. After lunch we attended the “Pacific War” lecture which was amazing. So much information that we were unaware of. Well worth the time.
Back to our cabin for a nanny nap prior to doing the Italian restaurant for tea. The food was as good as we have had and met a couple of Victorians who we chatted with for a couple of hours. Spent the next two days cruising with nothing else to do then eat, drink and talk to people. Probably highlite of first few days was the Friday night entertainment, Grant Galea, who sang and did a lot of impersonations however it was his straight impersonations that made the show
On Saturday we docked in Milne Bay and did a “Village” tour. This was great seeing a local village in traditional dress, dancing and serving up fresh prepared local product. The food itself was pretty bland but seeing the preparation and the manner in which they produce it well worth the trip.
Back in the main town saw a few war memorials but other then that not really a tourist destination. The local produce market sees the same products laid out on the concrete flooring. The entertainment on Saturday was a juggler/ comedian and he was great. A totally different slant of juggling and it’s presentation.
Sunday we were tendered to the island Kiriwina where the local market was over 200 metres long on both sides of the pathway. Saw a few things not impressed with such as turtles for sale. They are balanced on timber blocks and you purchase ($200) them so you can set them free. Pretty sure they then catch them again place them back on the blocks. Here we saw fish cooked and dried with lobster and crab freshly cooked. Would have bought a serve but no local currency.
Swimming was amazing with water clean and warm. One just had to keep an eye out for the occasional sea snake. Stayed in for well over an hour before returning to the cruise ship. Back on board we again ate and drank with the occasional trivia trial and listened to the artists on offer. There is one guy that is very good and plays all types of genre on request. Rhondda lashed out here ordering her first fruit tingle cocktail. Pretty sure there will be more enjoyed.
This was the third day where we could go on shore at Rabaul where we intended to just do a walk around to enjoy local culture. This quickly changed as we felt not only the warmth of the locals but the humidity. Quickly decided to hire a street taxi which we shared with another young couple that saw us do the touristy things in an air-conditioned Range Rover. I should point out this cost us $30 each and we did exactly the same things as the tour on offer from the ship which cost $220 per person.
Saw the most recently active volcano at the hot springs where temperatures were high as you walked in the darkest black ash that was warm to say the least. Remember a vast number of the locals walk around in bare feet. Also took in the war museum and the Japanese war tunnels (believed to be. Network over 300 kilometres in length) that saw safe passage from the mountains through to the harbour.
Returning to our cruise ship we enjoyed more drinks and food with some great entertainment on board. Tuesday we are at sea so have elected to sit in the night club area at the back,of the boat. Very calming up here.
Cruise starting to come to an end as we arrived at Conflict Island. This place is owned by an Australian who rents our half a dozen villas. He also has a green turtle sanctuary located on the island. Very pretty to walk through the vegetation but the sand had a lot of shell within so it was hard to walk. The water was also a lot colder then one expected so we only stayed a few hours.
Must mention that when attempting to depart the ship to the “tender” the seas were extremely rough and at times the gang plank fell away. Scary to say the least but we eventually boarded the tender taking us to the island where we had to do a 150 metre walk on a floating jetty. This was even more scary. Once is enough for this island. Hahaha
Back at sea we spent the last two days soaking up the sun at the pool and watching the world go by sitting in the night club area at the back of ship. It was Rhondda’s birthday on Thursday so a bit of a sleep in and then more drinking and eating.
This cruise has been very good with the right balance of days at sea with the days in port. We have talked to so many strangers and even used the swimming pool which was great hanging out at the Oasis. Allan stepped up to the plate and on one day even drank more then Rhondda. Although it must be said Rhondda was imbibing in the occasional cocktail which Allan did not. The casino was good to Rhondda on her birthday where she doubled her investment on day one. Not talking about day two.
Everyone should do this cruise at least once. An eye opener but the experience was good. We really do live in the lucky country.

Punch down Tools
When terminating or connecting links to punch-down blocks, patch panels, or keystone jacks in the framework of telecommunications and network infrastructure, a punch-down tool is a portable tool that is utilized. Establishing dependable and long-lasting connections between wires and connectors is the main function of a punch-down tool.
There are different types of punch-down tools, including impact and non-impact versions:
Impact Punchdown Tool
The more popular variety is the impact punch-down tool. It contains a spring-loaded instrument that maintains an effective connection by exerting force on the wire when pressed down. For larger installations, this type is more effective and faster.
Tumblr media
Non-impact Punchdown tool
The non-impact punch-down tool is free of a spring-loaded mechanism. Instead, the force is utilized manually through the user to set up the link. Smaller installations or circumstances in which greater control over the termination procedure is required are common uses for this kind.

HYPER-DURABLE CARBON FIBER WALLET WILL MAKE YOU DITCH THAT TERRIBLY OLD LEATHER BI-FOLD
HYPER-DURABLE CARBON FIBER WALLET WILL MAKE YOU DITCH THAT TERRIBLY OLD LEATHER BI-FOLD
There was a time when “money” meant physical valuables. Belongings, jewelry, and coins made of precious materials like gold or silver. In this pre-cash era, it made sense to use a leather pouch to carry your items. As we moved to banknotes as currency, the flexible leather bifold wallet still made sense. BUT… we’re now 250 years past the Industrial Revolution, so why are we somehow still clinging to this prehistoric ancient material for making our wallets?Get more news about Men's Wallet Carbon Fiber, you can vist our website!
A dominant part of our financial institutions are now online, with more people using cards to make payments than actual banknotes and coins. This transition also demands a cognitive shift in the definition of what a wallet should be… and what it should look like. The Masverano Wallet is a part of that global movement towards a new future with a better wallet. Crafted from carbon fiber with a durable plastic chassis underneath, the Masverano hopes to be everything you’d expect from a wallet of the future. It’s sleek-looking, strong, spacious, lightweight, functional, secure, and uncomplicated.
The Masverano wallet’s design is simply a modern classic. It isn’t ancient, like your leather or fabric bifold, it isn’t overtly complicated like some over-engineered modern-day wallets we see today. It cleverly holds your cards between two robust carbon fiber plates, blocking them from view as well as RFID-protecting them. Your cards stay concealed, as does your cash (unlike modern money clips), and you don’t really need to struggle with mechanized triggers and spring-loaded deployment systems that deploy your cards in a fan-shaped pattern. You’re a classy urban citizen, not a street magician.
The Masverano wallet’s simplistic approach is clearly visible in its design too. The wallet is broadly made of four parts – two high-quality 3K carbon fiber plates, a PA 66 plastic frame, and a silicone band holding the entire thing together. On the inside, it has space for as many as 8 credit cards or a combination of credit cards and business cards, and a crawl-space built into the plastic frame in the middle easily allows you to store banknotes, coins, or even a key inside. Your cash stays hidden inside the wallet, and can be accessed on command. Easy peasy.
The beauty of the Masverano lies in the fact that it draws a fine balance between being modern and traditional. It reinterprets the wallet’s design and function for modern times, but still functions somewhat like your standard wallet by opening like a book to reveal what’s inside. If you want to access your cards, you can either open the wallet and grab the card you need, or slide your thumb into the notch in the carbon fiber panel to push your cards out and pick one, or simply tap to use it at a payment terminal.
By virtue of its sandwiched design, your cards and cash get conveniently segregated. The cash sits right in the middle, fitting into the cutout in the plastic chassis, while your cards get divided by the chassis into two zones. You can either divide your cards based on how often or rarely you use them, or by the type of card, be it a payment card, an ID card, a public transport card, or a business card.

Improving Efficiency and Safety – Optimized Conductive Design for Industrial Power Sockets
Tumblr media
With the rapid development of intelligent manufacturing, data centers, rail transit, and new energy infrastructure, power delivery systems are increasingly demanding higher performance from industrial power sockets. Particularly in 32A and 63A high-current applications, conductive performance has become the core indicator of product quality. Factors such as contact resistance, current-carrying capacity, and thermal control play a vital role in determining the reliability and safety of these components.
This article presents a comprehensive analysis of conductive structure optimization for industrial power sockets, focusing on structural strategies, material selection, manufacturing processes, and design implementation for typical current ratings. It aims to help B2B customers make informed decisions during product development, selection, and integration.
1. Why Is Conductive Performance So Critical for Industrial Power Sockets?
In real-world applications, conductive performance directly impacts the following aspects:
Contact resistance: Affects transmission efficiency; excessive resistance can lead to overheating and erosion.
Current stability: Ensures fault-free operation under continuous high loads.
Thermal management: Controls temperature rise, extending insulation lifespan and insertion/extraction durability.
Long-term reliability: Maintains performance in harsh environments with frequent insertion, moisture, or corrosion.
Therefore, optimizing conductive design is the first step toward enhancing socket reliability.
2. Conductive Structure Optimization for 32A and 63A Power Sockets
A. Multi-Point Contact Design: Distributing Load and Reducing Resistance
Traditional single-point spring contacts can easily generate local overheating in high-current use. Advanced designs for 32A and 63A sockets adopt multi-point contact systems, such as:
Multi-blade spring contacts: Often 6–12 fingered springs to increase contact points.
360° circumferential contact distribution: Ensures symmetric and vibration-resistant performance.
Wraparound contact blades: Like “dovetail” or “rolled” pins that form multiple ring-like contact areas.
🔧 Case Example: A high-end 63A socket uses an 8-blade spring contact that reduces resistance to below 0.5mΩ. In overload tests, temperature rise remains within 30K—well below IEC 60309 limits.
B. Copper Alloy Cold-Pressed Terminals: Balancing Conductivity and Strength
a. Material Selection
High-conductivity copper (e.g., H65, T2): Ideal for main contact pins.
Copper alloys (e.g., phosphor bronze, beryllium copper, aluminum bronze): Combine good conductivity with high elasticity and strength.
Silver/nickel plating: Enhances contact conductivity and corrosion resistance.
b. Cold Pressing Technology
Compared to welding, cold-pressed terminals offer:
Strong metal bonding with low resistance
Consistent quality with minimal process risk
Minimal thermal stress—suitable for sensitive materials
🔧 Case Example: A manufacturer uses a dual-layer structure (T2 copper + phosphor bronze) in 63A sockets, achieving <1mΩ contact resistance, with no degradation after 1000 insertions.
3. Integrating Conductive Optimization and Thermal Design
A. Thermal Decoupling Between Contacts and Housing
Use high-temperature insulation barriers between terminals and housing
Include ventilation channels to improve heat dissipation
Apply PA66-GF or PBT-GF plastics for structural insulation
B. Balancing Contact Pressure and Plugging Force
Optimize spring stiffness via FEM simulations
Adjust insertion angles for smoother engagement
Control tolerances to prevent arcing from loose fit
4. Terminal Block Design: Efficiency and Long-Term Conductivity
A. Wiring Types and Performance
Screw terminals: Stable but need regular torque checks
Cold-pressed lugs: Suitable for thick industrial wires
Push-in terminals: Quick install with stable contact
B. Design Recommendations
Use dual-clamp structures for wire stability
Apply tin/silver plating to prevent electrochemical corrosion
Align terminal and contact paths to avoid stress bending
5. Conductive Optimization in Harsh Environments
A. Corrosive Environments (Marine, Chemical Plants)
Use silver/nickel-plated copper alloys
Design sealed contact chambers
Apply IP67/IP69K enclosures with silicone sealing
B. High-Frequency Insertion (EV Charging, Port Equipment)
Use high-resilience springs for long-term force retention
Apply anti-wear coatings like gold or PTFE
Integrate arc suppression designs
6. Testing and Validation: The Final Step in Performance Assurance
Tumblr media
Modern design also incorporates thermal simulation (FEM), infrared imaging, and arc erosion analysis.
7. Conclusion: Conductive Optimization Is the Foundation of Power Socket Performance
The shift from compliance-based design to performance-based optimization reflects the growing demand for safety, reliability, and efficiency in industrial systems.
By implementing multi-point contacts, cold-pressed copper terminals, advanced materials, and thermal design strategies, today's 32A/63A industrial power sockets are evolving into intelligent, high-performance electrical modules.
For equipment manufacturers and system integrators, choosing a well-engineered socket with optimized conductive design will significantly reduce downtime, enhance energy efficiency, and extend service life.

Memories | Kylo Ren x Reader
You are Kylo Ren's apprentice and second in command, ruling the galaxy and the First Order at his side. When Kylo notices you acting strange, he calls you to the throne room to investigate.
Before you read: 1.4K words, sfw, fluff, feelsy fluff, hurt/comfort but like... emotional hurt rather than physical, i guess it's technically fem!reader but its only mentioned once (when Kylo calls her "good girl") so make of that what you will
Tumblr media
You were surprised to see a message from Kylo Ren when you checked your wristpad. He usually only messaged you when he needed something and couldn't leave the Finalizer's bridge to speak with you face-to-face. Though you had been busy finishing up some work on your ship, he had retired to his quarters almost an hour ago for the evening meal. You opened the message.
Are you still working?
You typed a response.
No. Just finished. Why?
His answer was almost immediate.
Throne room. Now.
On my way.
You typed your final message and swiped the screen of your wristpad, which obediently went black. As you made your way from the docking bay to the throne room, you wondered what he needed so urgently right now. The fleet had spent the day at a supply outpost, gearing up in preparation for your next battle. You had just finished a successful mission and debriefed with Kylo when you had returned around midday, hours ago now. As far as you knew, the First Order was running smoothly, like the well-oiled machine you knew it to be. If something had happened, you would have heard about it.
What could he possibly want that was so urgent?
You arrived at the throne room and scanned your wristpad at the door terminal, as you had a thousand times. The door slid open with a whoosh. You stepped inside, continuing through the corridor that greeted you until it widened into the vast throne room.
The room had once belonged to Snoke, but much had changed since then. Now, walls marked the perimeter of what had once been a half - suspended platform, their previous blood red color replaced with a sleek jet black. Though unseen lights created a dim glow throughout most of the space, a spotlight cast the raised dais in the center of the room - and the figure on the dais's throne- into sharp relief.
Kylo Ren lounged lazily in the throne, legs spread, elbow resting on a thigh, head resting on his hand. He wore only the comfortable boots and simple, breathable long-sleeved shirt and pants that he preferred to his usual robes once he had retired for the day.
As you stepped forward into the room, his eyes settled upon you, taking in your appearance. He regarded you for a moment, and then spoke.
"What's bothering you?"
The question caught you off guard. You looked at him quizzically. "Can't you just read my mind and find out?"
"You're blocking me."
"Again?" you said, surprised. He nodded in confirmation.
"It's worse, today. Usually I can at least read your emotions, tell what you're feeling, how strong it is, maybe even catch a glimpse of what triggered it. Today?" He raised his eyebrows. "Nothing. I've had to surmise what I can from your body language alone."
That was unusual. Kylo was particularly gifted in using the Force to sense the thoughts of others. You were just as Force sensitive as he was, but had spend most of your life forced to hide it, and it had been causing you problems lately. At times, you unconsciously used your powers to throw up walls between your mind and the world. You and Ren had guessed that it was your unconscious way of trying to protect yourself. These mental walls helped stop your emotions from being projected outward and communicated to those around you who might wish you harm, but they also stopped Kylo from getting in, which was a problem. He needed to be able to keep tabs on you. If he couldn't, you were in danger, and you knew it. However, despite the serious nature of the situation, you couldn't pass up the chance to take a jab at him.
You let out a gasp of mock surprise. "You mean you have to read nonverbal cues? Like a normal person? How horrible!" you lamented, sarcastically feigning pity.
Kylo Ren was not a man with a great penchant for jokes, especially when they were at his expense. In fact, most officers in the First Order would probably tell you that he didn't have a comedic bone in his body. But you knew him better. Though he steepled his fingers and lowered his head to his hands, closing his eyes with a sigh of exasperation, you saw the corners of his mouth briefly twitch up into a small smile. You smirked in satisfaction. "I'm right and you know it. Behavior cues are something you have no right to complain about."
He raised his head and looked back at you with a shrewd expression. "And they are why I know that, as much as you attempt to deflect with humor, you are having difficulty. Tell me."
You blushed at the call-out. "It's nothing, really, I-"
He held out a hand, stopping you mid-sentence. "Don't lie to me, little one. Tell me what's bothering you." Though the rebuke was gentle, and his tone was tender, you avoided his gaze, choosing to observe the durasteel floor rather than let him see the shame rising in you.
"It's the memories," you admitted, voice barely above a whisper.
"It's your mother again, isn't it." It wasn't a question.
"Yeah, I just-" you broke off, feeling a lump rise in your throat. "I just- what if she was right? What if I am broken, what if it is my own fault that I failed for so long? What if I can't keep this up, what if I fail again? I don't know, I just spent all day remembering everything she told me, and I thought..." You finally wrenched your gaze away from the floor, looking up at your Supreme Leader through eyes full of tears, praying that he would see the cry for help in your expression that you were too afraid to put into words. "What if I don't deserve this, either?"
With that final admission of insecurity, you lost what little composure you had left. Silent tears began flowing freely down your face as you sunk back into the ocean of memories that had been threatening to drown you for most of the day.
A voice with all the tenderness and softness of a spring rain cut through your thoughts, pulling you out of your daze.
"Come here, darling."
Obediently, you crossed the throne room. As you approached the dais, you looked up at him, wiping your eyes with your sleeve. He had shifted in his seat, his new position an implicit invitation for you to join him on his throne. You kicked off your boots and ascended the dais, gratefully climbing into his lap and bringing your knees to your chest, melting into the body that was so familiar to you. He pulled you close to him, one arm supporting the small of your back, the other hand pressing your head to his chest despite the tears creating ever-growing dark spots on his thin shirt.
"Shhhh," he murmured. "Listen."
Obediently, you quieted your breathing, paying attention to your senses. Slowly but surely, you found the steady sound of his heart beating in his chest.
"Good girl." A pause, then he continued, impossibly gentle. "Now, match my breath." Obediently, you observed the rise and fall of his chest, then adjusted your own to match.
Inhale.
"Good." His hand stroked your hair.
Exhale.
"Just like that, darling. In..."
Inhale.
"...and out."
Exhale.
"You're doing wonderfully."
A moment of comfortable silence. No strife. No memories. No galaxy to rule. Just the two of you, breathing together.
The way you were meant to be.
He spoke again, continuing to caress you. "Remember where you are."
Inhale. Exhale.
"You are here, with me, and you are safe."
Inhale. Exhale.
"You deserve every star in the galaxy, every atom in the universe."
Inhale. Exhale.
"You deserve your place at my side."
Inhale. Exhale.
"Your mother was wrong. You deserve everything you have. And every time you are with me, I thank the Force for allowing me to rule with you by my side."
"Thank you," you murmured, words muffled from being spoken directly into his chest. God, you loved him, but managing to find the words to express that out loud was impossible.
His voice spoke inside your mind.
"Don't bother. I already know."
You felt, rather than saw, the smile that backed his words.
"If the memories ever bother you again, come find me. I'll help you."
A beat.
"You never have to face this alone again."
You sat there, pressed against him, too overwhelmed with emotion to speak. Grateful to simply be with someone who had vowed to always be by your side.
"I love you," you thought.
"I know."

5 Types of Clamps Commonly Used in India
Tumblr media
In simple language, clamps are fastening devices that secure two or more objects in place tightly. Clamps are used in woodwork, furniture, welding, construction, and metalwork. Thanks to technology that so many kinds of clamps have evolved over time, and today we will discuss about the common clamps used in India. The construction industry is proceeding very fast in our country and hence, Elmex, a top clamp manufacturer in India highlights the common ones that are trending at an industry level:
Clamp Terminal Blocks
Clamp Terminal Blocks are a universal solution that allows electrical continuity between aluminum to aluminum, copper to copper or aluminum to copper terminations. Clamp Terminal Blocksare approved by many national electricity providersin the world.
Picture Frame Clamps
Picture Frame Clamps are produced by most clamp manufacturers in India. It helps to assemble rectangular frames mostly for windows and tables. These tighten all four corners of a frame with the same pressure.
Spring Clamp Terminals
Spring clamp terminals function on an electrical connection and apply to solid wires and multi-stranded wires. Clamp manufacturers in India in spring clamp terminals allow clamping through preconditioning of the conductor, splice protection or pin cable plug.
Cage Clamp
Cage Clamps connect solid wires through a steel clamping mechanism. On using Cage Clamp there is no need for crimps or ferrules. Cage Clamp needs less labour yet establishes sound connections.
C-Clamp
Also known as G-Clamp, this is a three-way edging clamp that has a long screw at the end. C-Clamps can only hold objects proportional to their size.
It is always advisable to directly discuss your need with an authentic clamp manufacturer in India and get the right kind of clamp. The varieties of clamp are continuously increasing in the market and the one suggested by your carpenter or mechanic might not be the best one. At Elmex, we help clients with the best clamps and accept orders in small and large batches.

more scrolling. i am your executive dysfunction boy you will never escape me
-more scrolling! looks like, as your dad would always say, ‘my executives are not functioning boy”
-you scroll through various posts from various blogs, some talking about a new webcomic that just launched with a really unique artstyle... hm...
nitro: “THAT LOOKS LIKE IT WILL BECOME VERY PRETENCIOUS AND BAD VERY QUICKLY. DO NOT INTERACT WITH IT.”
geo: “yeah good call...” you quickly just block the tag for ‘housesick’ and get back to scrolling, it also looks like a sci-fi tv show in your country, batterytain, is getting really popular! although they seem to be focusing on the romance in their posts and not the cool monsters and stuff, well they’ll probably come around to it!
-and oh! it looks like someone sent a new ask!
geo: “oh man! i wonder what it-” it says ‘balls and piss’
geo: “...”
geo: “i think i’m gonna go to the shop now...” just before you go however, you notice something in the corner of the screen, it looks a little like... a traffic cone... uh oh.
-you spring into action! grabbing your terminal and pulling the chord, “log in! nitro!” you plug it into your pc and watch as nitro transfers over! once in, the terminal display changes to an overhead view of nitro in your computer’s cyberspace!
-everything was tiled out in various shades of blue, following a grid-like pattern in the floors of the very small space, a simply mainbox program for emails and a folder with some games floated about, and three traffic cones sat in the middle.
nitro: “BATTLE. READY!” he pointed his hands at them as the three sprang up! shoes and sledgehammers ready as they charged in! you reach to the bookshelf next to you for the cluttered pile of battle chips,
what do you do next?
-grab the blade-type chip
-grab the aqua-type chip

~EPISODE OF JOURNEY’S BEGINNING 09~
★~Amnesia Island has it’s dangers, but it’s a safe enough place normally. Things changed however the day the Overgrowth arrived and brought the Stone Ghosts with it. They are a danger to everyone anywhere on the island. Yet it feels more like they simply woke up after visiting the labyrinth beneath the island. The bizarre castle town seems to be their home, though the fairies and unique Stone Ghosts there make me wonder.~
~Tempest The Black
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Sky of volcanic glass and molten rock Luminescent, white trees, grass, ivy, moss, and lichen Castle town spreading out to unreachable horizon Floating on dark waters A shifting thing Like giant puzzle cube Monolithic in design Deadly in intention
“I found it!” Rosy shouted as she ran towards a Ghost Stone set in a circular recess of a massive stone brick wall.
“Rosy wait!” Tempest shouted after her, unable to reach out as Stone Ghosts that resembled ship anchors dropped from the ceiling of the underpass he was in. Dodging their initial attack was easy enough, but he could hardly dodge the fists they threw on the end of long chains. “That’s just another wheel!”
“Oops!” Rosy laughed at herself, but not for long.
The Wheel type Stone Ghost was exactly as its name implied, a large circular stone wall with the life-giving green gem of the Stone Ghosts, a Ghost Stone, set in the center of its face. Like all Stone Ghosts it could fire a beam of green light from it, and Rosy was knocked back as it struck her. The unique jingling sound made by the Rings filled the air as the Rings Rosy carried joined Tempest’s in bouncing about.
“Phooey! Rosy puffed up her cheeks as she switched places with Tempest to challenge the Anchor types in the underpass. “What type of crazy castle is this anyway!”
“One meant to keep unwanted guests out,“ Mote suggested as she flitted about doing her best to stay ahead of the school of Fish type Stone Ghosts that chased after her.
“Not like we can leave either,” Tempest noted as he destroyed the Ghost Stone of the Wheel, reducing it to dust and revealing another passage beyond. One that more Fish swam through the air out of, just ahead of a wall of water. “All this water and being beneath the island makes it impossible to leave!”
Tempest just stayed out of the water as he stretched out his right arm and took hold of a Fish that he pulled himself to. With a series of jumping Spin Attacks that resembled Sonic’s homing attack, Tempest reached a Rainbow Ring up above him and was launched well into the air above the city block he and Rosy were in. From his new vantage point, he could see that Rosy was washed out of the underpass and back into the plaza they were in before finding escape through the passage. Escape from the Guardian type Stone Ghosts.
They were bizarre even for Stone Ghosts. Only a handful of circular and semi-circular stone shapes floating around a massive orb of light held aloft by detached fairy wings. There was significantly more stone in the weapons that floated at their sides, plethora in variety from what Tempest had seen, as well the shield floating opposite. The shields were perhaps more trouble than the weapons due to seeming to always have some Ring misplaced item on them, from springs and spikes to even more untraditional Rings like Dash Rings. The lack of a Ghost Stone on them however had forced Tempest and Rosy to seek them out, hidden in the massive labyrinth. Doing so however brought with it yet another problem.
“Just leave me alone you creeps!” Rosy wailed as she ran back up the flooded underpass.
She could hardly run in the waist deep water however, but an opportunity to escape presented itself to her as she jumped back to avoid another Anchor type that dropped in from above. Above and from a hole in the ceiling of the underpass. It would be tricky to reach, but in desperate situations people could do amazing things, and Rosy was no exception as she jumped up to avoid the flying fist thrown her way.
Before the off target thrown fist of the Anchor type fully passed under Rosy, the pink hedgehog girl landed on it for just long enough to manage a second jump from relatively dry land. It was not much of a jump, but it was enough for Rosy to grab the chain that the Anchor dangled from.
“Not again!” Rosy wailed again as she saw green light started to gather in the Ghost Gem just past the connection point of the chain.
Not desiring to be shot again, despite having recollected several of her previously lost Rings, Rosy scrambled up the chain as fast as she could. It was not enough, and the green beam of light that came from below struck her easily and sent her flying from the chain. Naturally, her Rings were sent flying from her person as they kept her unharmed from the attack.
“Oh!” Rosy exclaimed, her surprise at landing in a hidden passageway keeping her from complaining again.
It was not much of a secret passageway though as it was only a few feet long in either direction from the hole in its floor. Strangely, it was stashed with old wooden crates of a far darker wood than the white trees and vegetation of the form the Overgrowth took in the floating underground city. As strange as it was though, it did not obscure the massive Ghost Stone sitting in the white grass that half buried.
“Finally,” Rosy sighed with relief, but stopped after taking only one step toward the Ghosts Stone, and the green fairies that flittered around it. “If I break it before Tempest finds me in here, we’ll be separated.”
:But can you afford to wait, my Medium?: the voice of Yoluku echoed in Rosy’s head as a sharp pain exploded in her left eye.
“Get out of my head you creep!” Rosy demanded of the uninvited divinity’s presence, rubbing at her left eye against the pain. It did not subside however.
Squinting against the pain, Rosy opened her left eye, revealing that her left iris was gone. In its place was a Red Ring very much like the Sky Ring. A broken two-fifth fragment of a Ring through which a cog wheel turned. Unlike the Sky Ring that encircled a speck of Darkness, this much smaller Ring encircled a matching hued five-pointed star. The sight of the thing terrified the fairies that were present, and they fled down the hole just as the Anchor reeled itself back up into the hidden passage.
:You’ve lost all your Rings,: Yoluku’s voice reminded Rosy as she dodged a beam of light before curling into a ball to make the thrown fists of the Stone Ghost miss her. :Even if you defeat this toy, the Guardians are coming and there is no room to fight them in here. You will fall and the Rings will whisk you back to safety before it turns fatal. You will be separated regardless.:
“You don’t know that,” Rosy argued as she bounced, uncurled, and leapt into a spin attack that took her straight through the Anchor and across the passageway. Before she could unintentionally break the Ghost Stone, she uncurled and landed on her feet before the green gem. “Tempest could still find his way here!”
:But can you afford to wait?: Yoluku laughed like crystal chimes in a fine summer breeze as green light started to gather in the Ghost Stone.
Taking a step back, Rosy looked over her shoulder and saw the familiar green glow of a Guardian closing in on her from the hole in the floor. Had she not had Yoluku’s voice in her head, or perhaps at least had Mote at her side, she might have considered that if she could just dodge the green beam of light fired by the Ghost Stone that there was a chance it could force Rings out of the walls. Instead, she grew desperate with Yoluku laughing in her head and performed the quickest Spin Dash she ever had and shattered the Ghost Stone.
As the Ghost Stone shattered, a Seed of Light sprang forth and the entire structure shook fiercely. Not to be freed dangerously of her footing, Rosy leapt up just before the entire city block turned sideways and grabbed the Seed of Light. In a flash of light Rosy was curled up into a tight ball within a Light Bloom as its detached stem found purchase in the wall turned ceiling.
“Please Tempest, still be able to reach me,” Rosy pleaded quietly as she waited out what was happening with the flower of light that dangled like a fancy light fixture.
Though Rosy could still feel the rumbling and moving of the labyrinth, she could not behold the sight that Tempest did. Entire city blocks up and moved themselves, circling about, turning sideways and upside, and even plummeting beneath the surface of the dark waters. The labyrinth rearranged itself like the world’s most complex puzzle block, a thing composed of countless smaller puzzle blocks forming some elaborate shape. But Tempest hardly appreciated the spectacle that surrounded him as he was caught up in a waterslide that took him from the city block he and Rosy had been in to a spring. The spring in turn sending Tempest through several Dash Rings and eventually a Rainbow Ring that carried him easily into a completely different block.
“NO! ROSY~! MOTE!”
Shouting as he did was useless. As Tempest ran up the steps of the plaza he had landed in, he was afforded a view of the labyrinth taking on the form of a massive Ring due to most of the city blocks sinking into the water. From where he stood, it was impossible for Tempest to determine where Rosy could have wound up, or even where Mote was left as the labyrinth changed shape around them. As it had with every Guardian that they had managed to destroy up to that point.
Tightening his right fist, a minor curse fell from Tempest’s lips, and he gritted his teeth. But there was no time to wait around as a school of Fish type Stone Ghosts were rapidly advancing on his position from across the water. Swearing again, Tempest took off, but not before taking note of the enormous black sphere that had appeared in the center of the newly formed circle of water. It was as though the labyrinth had become a replica of the Sky Ring.
“Maybe,” Tempest contemplated how to meet up with Rosy aloud. “Maybe if I head there, I can meet up with Rosy. I’m sure she’d think the same thing with such an obvious landmark. Heh! I’m sure she’ll have an easier time of it since she can swim.”★
